About Me
Starting in September 2025, I will be a postdoctoral research associate at HEC Montréal, supervised by Dr. Jean-François Harvey. I expect to receive my PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary in Summer 2025, supervised by Dr. Joshua Bourdage.
My research in micro-level management comprises of two research streams. As a main research stream, I investigate self-presentation and identity management behaviours primarily through impression management. As a side research stream, I investigate employee personality mainly through the HEXACO personality framework.
A substantial number of my current projects are quantitative and qualitative reviews. These include a recent publication that uses a novel meta-analysis methodology derived from the medical sciences (i.e., network meta-analysis), as well as systematic reviews and meta-analyses currently in progress that encompass management sciences more broadly (e.g., Organizational Behaviour, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship).
Overall, my research has resulted in numerous publications, including in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Business and Psychology. My research has also been featured in media outlets such as PsychologyToday.
