Postdoctoral Research Fellow
Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation (HEC Montréal)
I am a postdoctoral research associate at the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation in HEC Montréal, supervised by Dr. Jean-François Harvey. I also have a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Calgary.
My research comprises of two research streams. First, I investigate self-presentation behaviours primarily through impression management. Second, I investigate the implications of personality in organizations mainly through the HEXACO personality framework.
A substantial number of my current projects are quantitative and qualitative reviews. These include a recent publication that uses a novel meta-analysis methodology derived from the medical sciences (i.e., network meta-analysis), as well as systematic reviews and meta-analyses currently in progress that encompass management sciences more broadly (e.g., Organizational Behaviour, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship).
Overall, my research has resulted in numerous publications, including in leading journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology. My research has also been featured in media outlets such as PsychologyToday.
